Do I have to register with Exodus Academy to attend classes, parties, field trips and special events?
Yes. We offer classes, clubs, field trips, and other events, but we do require that families sign up as members in order to participate.
We do this for a few reasons. Knowing how many people are going to be at events and having contact information is important to keeping the environment safe for everyone. We also are required to have insurance to operate and it is necessary to have any participants fill out a insurance form. Having families register also provides accountability that they will abide by our policies and procedures while participating in EA activities.
As a parent do I have to teach classes?
No. We do not require parents to teach classes. BUT we do encourage every parent to be involved! We have a multitude of ways to be involved including helping clean up, assisting in the waiting room, and helping with classes. Homeschooling is all about being a family and we encourage that in everything we do.

Who teaches the classes and clubs?
Our classes, clubs, field trips, and events are led by parents, but we do not require every parent to lead.
Are Classes Drop Off or Do I Have to Stay?
Parents are their children’s primary teachers and as such they are welcome to participate in classes & clubs in which their children are enrolled (unless they become disruptive or a distraction to the learning process). Parents are also asked to serve in other areas at Exodus Academy. We will have various sign up opportunities throughout the year. At the same time, we understand that this is not possible in many situations. However, effective for the 2026-2027 year any child under 16 MUST have a parent/guardian on campus. The admin can not supervise students during any free time. We think that homeschooling is done best in a community setting, and being on campus will allow that community to grow.
Do You Have Bus?
No. All transportation to an from events, classes, clubs, and field trips is the responsibility of the parent.
