Toddler Time: Stories and Crafts

Join us for a fun and engaging “Toddler Time” designed specifically for our youngest learners! This class will include interactive read-aloud story sessions that captivate young minds and foster a love for reading. Each story time will be followed by a simple arts and craft activity, allowing children to express their creativity and develop fine motor skills. Through playful and hands-on experiences, children will have the opportunity to socialize, learn and explore in a supportive and nurturing environment. Activities include: Engaging read-aloud story sessions, themed arts and crafts projects, songs and a basic introduction to colors, shapes and numbers.

Our primary focus will be to strengthen social and communication skills within our peer group. This will be done through fun games, and social situation challenges. i.e. We will work on introducing ourselves to other children as well as addressing adults, working together as a team and learning what is expected of us in different environments and situations. Learn to move with grace around the dance floor during a beautiful waltz. For upbeat, show off your stuff in with East Coast Swing (triple swing.) Learn to dance. It’s a fun social skill that can keep you active through your retirement years.
